Sales team is awesome but after sale support is awful!!!
I made arrangements to get tracking device installed in my vehicles and I was promised an e-mail which was said to be highly important for me to read before installation - it is now more than a week and I have called too many times to inform that I have not received - so many promises have been made to send to no avail.
I am wondering if I will receive good insurance service when I needed - I am almost regretting switching to Discovery :(
