I would like to express my utter disgust in the way our car accident claim was handled by the assesors.
We were treated as criminals and our side of the story was completely ignored and supposed "witnesses" word was taken over ours. I suspect it is due to the fact that OUTSURANCE does not want to pay the claim. Even after we were told telephonically when we put in the claim that we would be paid an Rx amount. We will surely be looking elsewhere for a new insurance company with better people skills. They should take their lying adverts off tv and radio because it is all.
