Thank you so much to Sakina who was patient enough to explain to a very daft/stubborn store manager what the procedure regarding a faulty store card is. I kept you on the line for a long time and you remained professional, patient and friendly throughout and also very well versed regarding company procedure. You kept your cool when I was about to explode (mostly from laughter because of Rudolf)!!! Heres hoping that RCS floods its call centre with more competant, friendly and helpful staff just like YOU!
