I bought a bond house with absa bank and i have house claim policy with them. last year on the 12 November 2013 my roof and windows were smashed by hail/storm. i reported the damage on the 18 th novmber since i was not at home on the 12th. the only thing bank did, they have snd company to fix windows and i paid R500 for access to insurance. the other company came and took roof photos since then they didn`t come back, i caled them they say they are waiting for bank to approve the quotation. i tried to call many times but no one answered the phone until i went ot absa head office in jhb, they said they cannot help me i must keep on calling the insurance. i called again wednesday (08/01/201) the consultant said she will send my quirie to her sernoir and she will come back to me til today.
