I have contacted Miway via their online contact system twice already. The first time was on the 16th October, a week after receiving an updated policy schedule. I have several issues regarding the new policy schedule, issues that I listed on their contact form, and to date, I have not had a response.

I have had a similar experience before (August 2013) when I asked that they review the premium I am paying. At the time, there was no response, until I complained on Hello Peter. My premium was decreased in August 2013. It is barely 2 months since the decrease, and now I see that the premium is set to increase again, and to worsen things, excesses are now applied on my policy where none were applicable before. As it is now, I pay a higher premium on my CitiRox than people pay for larger models.

I am now seriously considering my options in as far as car insurance is concerned.
