I requested a address change on 18/09/2013 on my policy. When I received the schedule the premiums went up quite a bit and I requested Connie to lower the premiums so that we pay approximately what we were paying at the previous address. It then changed as follows: Nissan Tiida Value from R91700 to R81600 (R779.56 -R622.55, Chery value from R52300 to R47400 (R375.44 - R309.34) and Nissan Hardbody from R85700 to R80600 (R420.52 - R426.68 I have no idea why the Hardbodys premium escalated with the lowered value). I requested home contents cover and portable items to be added to the policy after wich the wrong vehicle values was back once again. I brought this under Lindies attention and she asked me to send her the accepted policy schedule that was sent to Connie. I did send her the schedule I accepted after wich I was then told that the policy package has changed and she did give me the lowered vehicle values but it hardly made any change on the premium and that I should stop trying to make amendments because it will reflect badly on my name. How can I accept one thing and ask for home contents and portable items to be added to that particular policy and then get something else. Then the p
