After receiving my updated short-term insurance schedule from Momentum I queried the value and premium on one of my vehicles. Louisa Jansen called me back and after I explained my query to her she reviewed my schedule and reduced the premium on both my vehicles given my positive claim record and profile. This is what I call "going the extra mile" and giving your customer more than he asked for! Thanks Louisa, this will make me loyal Momentum client!
