My debit order was cancelled without informing me. When I called the call centre I was informed that my account is arrears. instead of getting answers and assistance from the staff from the relevant department I get no joy.
The service is pathetic to say the least and I spoke to a lady by the name of Nicolette from collections department (team leader) she was quick to defend herself and team rather than listening to what I had to say and take it from there. I am still waiting for her call.
