I still don't have my money

Greetings

I applied for a wonga loan on 11 of February and to this day i have not received the money. I was told my query was escalated to the finance department. I have sent numerous emails and called twice to the call centre and yet still i have no joy. It is getting close to the debit order date for repayment and yet no one is getting back to me. I am disgusted at the service. Can someone do something about this please.
