I am highly upset and disappointed with MTN and their account services. I have recently upgraded from a Blackberry to a Samsung and the store consultant failed to cancel my BIS Service unbeknown to me. When I called in to query my account the call centre consultant informed me of this and offered to perform the cancellation to which I agreed. When I checked in my account again (due to previous problems) to see if my payment was reflecting, they confirmed that the BIS Service was still being billed to my account. I went into an MTN store, seeing as the call centre consultants were too incompetent to perform the cancellation and confirm my request. The MTN Store consultant confirmed my payment once again and assured me that the BIS Service was now cancelled.

I have just received my statement and I am still being billed for BIS and my previous payment is still noted as outstanding.

I've posted on MTN South Africa's Facebook page and even they have not replied.

I am at my wits end and do not know what more I can do to rectify this problem.

A simple sorry doesn't cut it anymore. This is a huge inconvenience and I've spent hours over the past month trying to resolve this.
