Every month Nedbank is paid on time. After a bad hail storm we put in a claim for the thatch roof that was damaged. Nedbank says they wont pay as it was not maintained correctly!!?? Another claim was put in as the tiles are cracking and breaking-Nedbank refused p/m as they say the tiles were not laid properly. When we bought the place Nedbank supposedly checked the place out first before granting the bond. Why did they not pick this up!!?? On the 28 Th Nov our DB board packed up at 6.Pm. We had to get an electrician out to restore power as we have three deep freezes full of meat. Nedbank has been sent the paid invoice for the repair and after numerous e-mails they just fob us off and don't have the decency to phone back. We would really appreciate some help here as this is just not on. Nedbank are quick to take your money and when the hits the fan they don't come through for their clients at all! No wonder the bank can sponsor all sorts of other menial activities!! Stop misleading the public Nedbank!!!
