Home Insurance not answering calls

Our roof blew off on 30 Nov 2013. Call to the Nedbank home insurance was logged at about 21h30 that evening, as 1/4 of the house was without roof during the rains. Promised that Assessor would contact on Monday, 2nd Dec 2013.
4th Dec - no assessor has been in contact, repeated attempts to contact the insurance have lead to min of 20 min waiting for the call to be answered just to be dropped or not answered.
Meantime the damage is increasing due to a leaking roof
