To whom it may concern,
I bought a Samsung Tablet through FNB on contract and was given a Cell C sim card thinking I could make use of FNB Connect and their 500 MB per month rewards (as I am on level 5 rewards) BUT I have since learnt, after calling 4 different numbers and being kept on hold for 20 minutes, that this offer is only available to MTN and Vodacom contract holders!
So FNB why the did you give me a Cell C contract (I didn't get to choose my service provider!) if I cannot use these rewards? It is absolutely ridiculous and I find that you were by no means honest and upfront with this deal. I would like my contract to be amended to either MTN or Vodacom so that I can receive these awards.
