R90 was debitted from my cheque account on 20 Dece 2103 without my permission. My staement reads HonFee.
I never agreed to or authorised this deduction. My expectation in that the transaction and all associated costs are reversed and that action is taken against the perpetrator/s. I aslo expect full disclosure of the events and that the matter is finalsed by this time next week.
