Our house was burgled on the 12/10.2013, while we were away at our son's wedding. On calling our insurance company, Dial Direct, Thabo Ungerer was given the task of assessing the damage and our losses.. He was here within 3 days though we stay nearly 3 hours drive away. He filled out all the claims forms, was helpful and professional. Once he had filled in all the forms and sent in our claim our items were replaced within a week and our losses paid into our account within 4 days.
