I amended my policy details which resulted in a lesser premium to be deducted for April, however the previous premium was still deducted for April. I phoned the call center on the 5th of April to report this and I was told that a refund would be processed. It is now the 15th and nothing, phoned the call center again today and the person told me that the system reflects only that it was logged but no progress on the matter. She also informed that each person deals with a refund differently, WHAT??? Surely there is a standard process? You took more than what was owed, so how difficult can this be?
