Online Banking Unable To fix Issues After 1 Year:

THIS IS A CHARITY ACCOUNT!!! I have been trying to change my e-mail address and cell phone number for A YEAR now. more than 20 trips to the branch, and still no joy. Round Table has over 300 accounts with FNB, however it seems that charity to this bank means nothing. I hope at our national conference in April that my motion to move al accounts is accepted, which I am sure it will be.
