Am very dissappointed

On the 19 December 2013 I went to Sebokeng Branch to switch banks and the consultant by the name of Lebohang helped me and asked for all my documents together with my hubby's as we were both switching.they promised a better service and we did everything. On the 27 Dec we went again as we were instructed by the person who called from their head office to provide AGAIN our documents. Yesterday they called again for the same thing!! So I guess Fnb is the worse bank when it comes to customer service so far as they seem to sending me from pillar to post only to open a bank?
