Refused Service when paying incorrect beneficiary

Hi there,

I made an Internet banking payment to the incorrect beneficiary SABC on the 26/03/2013 & now I am out of pocket for my daily living expenses. I contacted the Std Bank Internet banking call centre immediately to have this transaction reversed who was off no assistance to me & the attitude was terrible, I then went to the Sandton branch where the same treatment was received. I then contacted the SABC and explained my error who advised that my account is upto date & that Std Bank must reverse this transaction & they can do so by contacting them (SABC) and they will confirm telephonically that the tranascation must be reversed. I went to the Sandton brach again this morning advisiing them that SABC confirmed that the transcation can be reversed. I was then told they require the confirmation from the Std Bank account manager for SABC which I dont thin is necessary as SABC have confirmed that this can done by Std Bank once they have contacted the Accounts department at SABC. Please can be helped to resolve this ASAP as I feel that Std Bank is of no help.
