Call back late

I am 8 months pregnant and went into the Killarney branch today to update my contact details for my internet banking profile. The gentleman at the branch was very helpful and had me sit down, while he updated my details. He confirmed that they should be up and working within an hour. more than an hour later, i tried doing a transaction on my internet banking requiring a onetime password to be sent to my newly changed number, but no pass word. I called the call centre who advised that i should try in 2 hours. 2 hours later i tried again, still not working, called the call centre again, who said try again in 30 mins. Eventually after 3 calls to the call centre the final Gentleman said wait he'll speak to department - now 4 hours after i went to the bank, i have to go bank as they did the transaction incorrectly. So because of a capturers error i have to waste more time in the bank. Simpler, better, faster - really not so much. Not impressed at all!!!
