I had a call this morning from a gentlemen named Suren from the legal dept who advised me that my current loan with them was in arrears, he then proceeded to threaten me with a garnishee order. I advised him that I wrk in an open plan office and will call him during my lunch at 12. I did call to arrange payment and requested banking details for payment, he refused to give me banking details as well as provide me with an email with supporting documents stating that I'm unable to deposit monies into their account, as they only run debit orders. I have declined to submit my banking details as I have changed my acc, due to the fact of were monies were be deducted from my acc without my consent. I am not refusing to pay, all I ask is that I be given banking details to make payments on a monthly basis. Tha manner in which he conducted the converstion was unprofessional and pathetic.
