I transferred a large sum of money from Absa account to FNB card holder but captured last digit incorrectly. After 2 months FNB still giving me the run around because they say it has been sent back to Absa suspense account but will not produce proof of this so I can take it up with Absa.
Rude and unacceptable lack of willingness to assist by card division and Mr. A Harris from legal.
