Case dealt with in a week!

My account had activity on it which I reported immediately. This took place on the 23 December 2013. Initially I was told it would take 20 working days to be sorted out.By the 30 December the money was returned to my account. This was done over the festive period and FNB really went the extra mile for me and made me feel like a valued customer.
