On the 18/12/2013 @Montana Mall, R5000.00 that was deposited into my account, was lost due to Technical Communication Time out error from their ATM Machine. I immediately logged a case and was given a reference number on the same date on the branch. Was told that the money will reverse back into my account within 6-7 working days. From the 23rd of December 2013, I kept on going into standard bank branch checking why my money has not reflected on my account. Its unfortunate that I was returned on most occasion by being told that the time lead has not being met, and that its holiday time and should be pertinent (This was done without them asking to check on their records with the reference number I received when the case was logged). As of date I haven't received any response from them and my debit order are running through, which have bounced and an interest has been charged through. This leaves a bitter test to my limps, as I have notified them of the case way in time, and this should have been sorted out in time before my month end debit orders. If there was a mistake made my standard bank when my query was logged I don't see how I should be affected by this. ANGRY CUSTOMER
