It me again, Danette Higgo, the lady that is cursed with a Medical Aid that is a joke.
My last complaint was about my debit order run for December 2013, 3 times in one month my account was debited. Obviously only 1 went through, I do not have the funds for the other 2, it failed and made me look like a fool at my bank.
Secondly my doctor was not paid, and I have asked Essentialmed so many times to settle the doctor. No joy there, but guess what happened? Essentialmed paid me the amount of R1160-00, out standing to the doctor, explanation via letter stating that they did not have my doctors banking details. What a pot of xyz.. I am not the only Essentialmed client at my doctor. They have made previous payments to the doctor.
I have not had any joy, closure to any of my issues.
Nobody taking responsibility for all this issues. I can not stress enough how sick I am, how many sleepless nights I have had. All the responses from Essentialmed on Hellopeter is a joke.
