My last report was on the 8th of December 2013. Nothing was done to resolve any of my issues, infact things
got much worse. I have sent so many mails to Marlize and Clarisse, no reply.
Worst problem now is, Essentialmed is putting in multiple debit orders for the same month. For the month of December 2013, they have debited my account 3 times, November 2 times and my doctor is still not paid in full for services rendered to me.
I have forwared them all this. Yesterday Elana called me to tell me that she will sort out my account with my doctor plus sort out my debit orders, which was the biggest pot of nonsense because nr 1 I had another debit order go off today, plus I have received another mail from my doctor saying that Essentialmed has not yet paid.
WHAT IS ESSENTIALMED DOING: 1. They messed up my credit rating with the bank.
2. Put me in bad light with dr, do not want to go to him anymore.
3. Make me so sick that I can not sleep, have constants break downs,
