My last complaint was the 19h of November 2013. I was called by Marilize and told how sorry the company is and bla bla bla... they not sorry. My issues have never been resolved. The accountant lady at my doctor called me on Fricay the 6th of December 2013, to tell me that Essentialmed has not paid them for my account.
They only paid certain amounts, and that due to my account being in-active for a month, the month of August, which once again was Essentialmeds fault, which they still do not want to take responsibility of.
My doctor is edgy and moody, I do not even want to go to him, but I understand him, he has not been paid properly by Essentialmed.
I have mailed the outstanding statement to Marlize plus my complaints and problems on Friday the 6th of December 2013.
I really do not know what to do anymore, I have been put through, my health is in shatters. I want justice, I want to them to pay, to pay for the that they put me through.
