Dispute still not logged after 48 hours

I have recently been declined for a number of applications, despite having excellent credit scores with Transunion and Experian (I check my credit reports on both regularly). It wasn't until I gained access to my XDS credit report and score, that I discovered XDS has scored me VERY LOW.

I went through the XDS credit report and found a lot of incorrect information, namely 3 previous accounts which are closed, but the installments are still reflecting as part of my monthly expenditure. This is causing my monthly expenditure to be overstated by nearly R17, 000.

On Monday I completed a dispute form and emailed it to XDS along with my supporting documents. I was told it would take 48 hours for my dispute to be logged and to receive a reference no. It is now longer than 48 hours and I have still not received anything.

Your service is appalling XDS. Credit providers and consumers rely on you to hold correct information and instead not only is the quality of your data lacking, but your mechanisms for correcting said data are tardy and slow.

Kindly attend to this as a matter of urgency please.
