POOR SERVICE AND SYSTEMS NOT WORKING

On the 13th December I applied to upgrade my card to a platinum card, and received an automated response to say it was successful and to send through payslip which I did on 17th December 2013.

Jan 2nd complained in an email, as passed from pillar to post on phone. Was called and told to send December payslip now as Nov outdated - even though on 17th Dec it was my latest slip.

Sent it though but then receive an sms to say that I did not take up the offer? Really?!

I have called again (the number on sms) and held on just too long...

Really not good enough service for the world's most innovative bank.
