Trainsunion ITC - incompetent staff couldn't care

I called them to try and sort out 2 listings on my report to no avail. Firstly they sent me from one department to another I was then told to complete the dispute form which I have now completed twice and I still have not had a response from ITC and they say a agent will contact you within 24hours. I phoned both companies who have listed me and they referred me back to ITC! So what now?
