Bad service she might as well go home

On de 21st of December 2013 i went to Old Mutual Mamelodi Branch, it was 12h00 de branch was closed already but on the door it says 13h00, Tuesday I went back system was offline that I understand, I went to submitt my claim of investment to be paid out as it already lapsed it was on the 27 December 2013, I was advised the money will be paid out after 21 days when I checked today nothing was submited..my kids needs uniform n school
