I have a policy with AMP that i took when i bought a car (BMW 320i 2007) at MONTE CARLO AUTO.I bought a car last year November (NOV 2012) where i had to pay for this warranty before i take the car from the dealer. My car had a gearbox sign on the screen where it shows faults JAN 28 2013 i took the car to Klinique gearbox and they diagnosed the car and reset the ECU transmission electronics and tested. I collected the car on the 4 FEB 2013 the car drove well and on the 28 Feb the car started to show the sign again, i took it to Action Gearbox unfortunately had the misfortune when AMP dont want to honour my claim. They claim the car was leaking oil, how could Gearbox klinuque and myself never noticed any oil leak? AMP promised to fix my gearbox on the policy and now they don't want to be responsible. How can i drive my own car with oil leaks? was i not responsible enough to take my car to those two mechanics. what about if a bought the car without the gearbox oil inside, because i never noticed any oil leak since i bought the car? is this a money grabbing insurance corporation? why this guys are also being rude on the phone even thou they have my money? they forcing me to admit that i wrong.
