Twice it happened that I tried to pay flights online with my fnb cheque card. the money goes off the account but Kulula is not paid. another payment is then used. I could not resolve my problem with Kulula as the amount does not show on my statement. The amount stays unallocated on my statement and I went to my branch twice to resolve. the first amount of R851 is now of my statement but did not get back to me. fnb has been sending me sms"s to resubmit but I have nothing to submit. I then send a email to fnb explaining everything. they refer me to my nearest branch. I don't think however that after 2 visits there they will be able to help me.
