I had an unfortunate incident where my wife's cellphone was and I reported it to Discovery Insure around 10am - all details were take down from the consultant and I' was told that a turn around time of 48hrs was applicable, this was acceptable in every way.
At around 2pm a courier company arrived with a parcel - confused my wife opened it as it was addressed to her and behold, her brand new phone
How is that possible, a 4hr turn around time
