Unscrupulous Insurer repudiates legitimate claime

I am lost for words at Centriq Insurance's repudiation of a genuine claim. I recently lost camera equipment to the value of R25K, out the car boot. SAPS were first on the scene. Centriq Insurance (through Pleroma Brokers) repudiated the claim on the grounds that I could not prove forced entry, & refused to contact SAPS witnesses to confirm my claim.

Centriq's initial feedback was to refer me to the Ombudsman, the cheek. The lost items were specified, & additional premiums paid for their insurance cover... I feel duped & robbed for all the years I have paid premiums on specified items, that the insurer refuses to replace.

I will pursue this matter through all the channels available to me.
