E efficient at the branch as ur products

I recently changed my bank to fnb. I was so excited could not wait to work with fnb as their products were way better than my previous bank. I was extremely dissapointed when I got to the branch only one consulted was working. I waited at the line and when I was finally assisted. I was told I need to start at the consultant to take my documents. I was extremely dissapointed coz no 1 was available for me to ask where I should go. This is made me stay with my bank
