Sue Roos, a client service consultant at the Northgate branch assisted me with filling in my UIF maternity claim forms required to confirm banking details this morning. She was extremely helpful and friendly, and very efficient. I think she is a great asset to the branch and the bank, and I would like to thank her very much for all her help.
