Breach of Insurance Cntract and poor customer se

I struggeled recently and in the past with Absa Short Term Car Insurance where my daughter and I had accidents and Absa refused to take responsibility to provide proper timely repairs and contractual service delivery. In the last incident my car should have been written off (repair costs were already approx. R53 000 compared to value of R75 000, 71% of vehicle value). They give me the car back in bad unroadworthy condition (tested by AA on 2 occasions after repairs). Absa took the car back 3 times for repairs and after the third time the engine cut out. There is also a accident related airbag problem a safety risk. They refused to repair parts broken by them or the accident or repairer. On asking them to repair it they just blamed it on "ware and tare" and said "our insurance policy does not cover these items, etc.". Then you as customer are left with the headache of their poor decisions. The car is now still not driving after 4 months after the accident. They replied per email stating it cut out because of a bad battery. When I replaced the battery at my own expense the car was still cutting out and now is at the dealers in not being able to run yet for 4 Months now.
