Trying to get hold of your advisor is impossible. When you do they are not willing to listen to you either. Then yesterday I get told my car will remain at the Outsurance lot until Friday when it will be moved to Mercedes Benz. This morning I get smses and emails saying my car is at the panel beater? Then when I phone to find out, the people are unwilling to help and exceptionally rude. I am beyond fed up. I have been patient up till now! I am so disappointed in the service. All the adverts for outsurance is clearly false advertising as NO ONE there will bend over backwards for you!
