I submitted a hospital cash back claim on 11 Dec, on 12 dec documents was requested which was submitted same say, on 31 Dec i followed up and nothing was done at this stage, today i got a request for more documents a month after i submitted the claim really?
The staff is all but helpfull and have to refer questions to supervisors but these same supervisors are not willing to speak to you on two occasions i was told that they will call me still waiting, very dissapointed will complain at edcon as well as they punted you, i can carry on with my dealings today but why bother.
Lastly please teach your staff that if a customer gives there ID nr instead of a policy nr and their identities need to be verified please not to ask the ID again as it was just given once again really?
