Submitted a claim for hopsital cash back on 11, 13 and 19 March. Every time I speak to a different consultant more information is required. Feedback is not forthcoming. Received 1 sms after the first submission and then nothing thereafter. I have made 5 phone calls to follow up on the claim. Each time I get the run around. 19 March consultant said assessor approved claim but needed the ICD codes which was submitted on 19 March after the conversation. I followed up on 26 March and nothing further had been done. I am ever so sorry that I took out this policy. The frustration one has to go through is not worth it!
