I went to the standardbank branch in san ridge complex in midrand to change the number my otp is sent to, so that i can access internet banking. This was 2 weeks ago-i was told that it would be updated within the next 2 hours. Today again i went to the same branch and asked for the same thing, instead the lady whom was assisting me changed the number the myupdates notifications were being sent to. I asked the lady if she was sure this would change the number the otp would be sent to and she said yes. I really am considering closing my account with standard bank and going to a bank will be able to assist with when need be.
