This is my second written complaint about this joke you have called a bank.

I have paid the settlement amount owing to the bank, because I want nothing more to do with African Bank - But now it seems like nobody can close this account!!!
I have called on several occasions and I have even gone into a branch... nothing has happened.

my previous complaints were and are:

1. The bank never sends banks statements, if you view my account you will notice that I requested my bank statements on several occasion with no luck.

2. There is a Insurance charge on the every month on the account, even though I tried to submit documentation to prove that I have adequate insurance, that would cover the debt in case I die. This was still charged to the account monthly.

3. The cell phone banking system, never worked

4. There is no of customer service. You never provide feedback to your customers, your response to queries is that there is nothing you can do.

i want my account with this bank closed. I want nothing to do with this bank!

Could someone please close this account immediately.
