Ovarall it was a great experience bringing my vehicle for an assessment. Firstly I was welcomed very poitely by Moses the security gurad. Next Alan explained to me in great detail about the vehicle damage, process to reapir, and how panel beaters operate. He showed me the various parts of the car where damage could have taken place but was not clearly visible. He was open and honest throughout this period and found him to be a person of great integrity. Jeanne had a friendly smile and good demeanour as she welcomed me and explained the Customer Service report back process.
On the social side, I found the bereage machine to be a good way for customers to enjoy a refreshing drink.
