I registered a glass claim this morning with Phumeza - she was very friendly and efficient, 5min after speaking to her, I received a call from Glassfit Menlyn (Maria) informing me that they have stock and can fit the windcreen in 2hrs. During the day Maria contacted me again and said the windscreen is fitted and my car was ready for collection, that was 45 min later.
What an amazing service I received from Phumeza and Glassfit Menlyn.
A BIG thank you to Phumeza for her professionalism and efficiency, her service was super exceptional.
