First For Women Insurance
1st For Women is a JOKE!!

On my very first claim with the insurer I am left with nothing but a sour taste in my mouth.

After putting in a claim over 2 weeks ago which was authorised on the same day, I was under the impression that the process would be a smooth one. 9 consultants later, my cell phone bill sky high (because no one ever calls back with feedback) and my car still sitting damaged in my garage, I am convinced that 1st for Women together with their approved supplier Glassfit, is a mere chancer in the insurance industry and they are running a circus show.

I have dealt with the following people all of whom promise me a dream but deliver a nightmare:
Alicia
Donovan
Clarissa
Katlego
Kgomotso
Refilwe
Gomolemo
Yolandi (from Glassfit)
Marissa (from Glassfit)

I am highly upset and frustrated beyond words can articulate... Not sure where this complaint will get me, probably nowhere since they can't even get their basics right, let alone going over and above in resolving customer complaints.

I am definitely moving to a more helpful, more reliable insurer that doesn't merely people out of their money under the guise of being an insurer.
