After complaining about no response / feedback on Card Applications, Discovery card tried to phone me ONCE the following day and then sent an email to say that they are looking in to the matter... SEVEN working days later and NO FURTHER CALLS and I am STILL WAITING for feedback!!! SERIOUSLY DISCOVERY???
