Its been 2 Months now

On the 24/10/2013 i used the online Call Me Back Facility and was assigned reference number AXIN6UB3. I requested that they assist in applying for a business loan. I contacted them - 2 weeks later, and was told that the the matter was referred to the credit department and that I will get a call back. Nothing yet. On the 07/12/2013 at 10:16 I called again, speaking to Tasneem Adams. I explained to her that I have yet not received any feedback whatsoever. She advised that she will escalate this to her manager who in turn will have someone from the right department call me back. Over two months later, FNB have yet to call me about this matter. I have 2 FNB cheque accounts, one of which is a year old, the other dates back to 2005. At this stage, i dont care if the business loan is approved or not, i just want feedback, and the customer service that i have paid over R3 400.00 (March - October 2013) for. Coincidentally i will be starting a new venture in June, and i now know who i will not be looking at as a banking partner.
