Forgotten about client?

I was offered a 30 day temporary loan, from a premium banker on Saturday, 4th May. Since I had not heard of this facility previously, I specifically enquirer regarding the costs involved in accepting this offer, as I only needed
A solution for 2 business days. I was not informed at all that the cost which will be debited to my account will be nearly R500! When I noticed this amount on my account, I immediately called and was put through to the temporary loan department. i told my story and told them exactly date, time etc of the call and since all calls are recorded, they are please to listen to that call and will then be able to verify my story. I was assured that a) the turn around time would be 5-7 working days and b) if they hear I was not informed of these costs, I will be re-Imbursed the full amount. I asked for a reference number and was informed that this matter does not need a ref number. When it was nearly 2 weeks later, I called to follow up since I had not had any feedback. I was told that the matter is still sitting with head office and they can not do anything until they get instruction. I have since followed up 3 times & still no joy - 6 weeks later now
