Unauthorized debits

Firstly the new F.N.B internet banking went from bad to horrible, at first I could access it on my blackberry cellphone and it was not good but it worked the new website takes forever to load if it does at all and you can't navigate because nothing is where it always had been. But to get to the point when I finally logged in after 3 days of trying, I noticed that there are debit orders going off from companies that I never heard of or made any arrangements with and that's a huge problem because it was not authorized by me which mean that FNB is allowing these people to from me without even notifying me of these activities. I've been banking with you for more than 7 years now and I always. Thought my money way safe my friends even said I should change to Capitec but I said no but if things like this happen I'm asking myself did it happen before and maybe I missed it and how safe is my money if anyone can just debit any amount they wish from my account if this isn't sorted out I'm going to take further action and change banks because I'm paying you for your services.
